Our show will be held at Hilton Garden Inn Banquet & Conference Center, 700 Beta Drive, Mayfield Village, Ohio, 44134.
Dealer setup will begin Friday, March 30, 2012 at 8:00 AM.
Early birds are permitted at 10:00 A.M.
Public Show Hours are Friday, March 30, 12:00-6:00 PM and Saturday, March 31, 10:00 AM -5:00 PM.

Conditions of Agreement:
Police Guards will be provided for the bourse area. Users are expected to insure themselves against loss therefrom. The undersigned specifically releases The Warrensville Heights Coin Club, its agents, members of the bourse committee, either in their official, individual or personal capacities, by reason of any loss, damage or injury whatsoever sustained, either directly or indirectly in connection with the bourse, and/or convention. No food or beverage from outside vendors is to be delivered during show hours.
Deposits will be refunded if cancelled by March 1, 2012. After March 1, 2012, deposits will be refunded only if the table can be resold. Emergency cancellations will be considered. Each table includes one 120V power connection. No table lights are included inthe table fees.
