Dear Dealers,
The Warrensville Heights Coin Club invites you to set up at our annual Coin Show. TABLE FEES HAVE BEEN REDUCED.
The coin show this year will again be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Banquet Center, 700 Beta Drive, Mayfield Village, Ohio, 44134. The center is attached to the Hilton Garden Inn at the same address. There is ample free parking available for all who attend and convenient access for dealers to unload and load. Mayfield Village is a suburb of Cleveland, on the east side, along I-271, slightly south of I-90. The building is located on Beta Drive, which is just east of I-271 at the Wilson Mills Rd exit (Exit 36). The Hilton Garden Inn has guestrooms available at a discounted rate of $89 per night, plus taxes (440-646-1777). There will be continuous security from 8:00 AM on Friday until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. A concession stand will be available during most of the show hours.
Prior to our shows, we contact all the other coin clubs in the area and provide show information for the club members shortly before our show date. We send out announcements to over 2,000 people who have attended previous shows. We regularly advertise in the major national numismatic publications. We are easily accessible and draw people from all over northeastern Ohio, including Akron and Canton, as well as central and western Ohio.
See the enclosed dealer agreement for details on table fees. The 8’x6’ corner table fee is $300 and the 8’ table fee is $200. Tables are limited and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Both the aisle tables and the wall tables have a full-width backup table. A deposit of $50 will reserve your table(s). A table layout is shown on the reverse side of this invitation.
Friday, March 30, 2012 ---- Dealer set-up from 8:00 AM to noon. Early birds permitted at 10:00 AM for a fee of $20.
